Before entering the mortgage business, Carey Johnson was in the financial services industry. He has been in the mortgage industry for more than 15 years. His wide range of financial knowledge has made him a trusted and highly sought after mortgage loan officer.
Carey is also the branch manager of the Lyman, SC branch of Mortgage Equity Partners. In this role, he is committed to training and coaching loan officers to provide the same unparalleled service for which he is famous.
He specializes in all loan types including; FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA Rural Housing, and Housing Assistance programs.
Carey enjoys working with borrowers to help them understand all that is involved in purchasing a home. “I am gratified and humbled every time I can assist a family in purchasing a home,” said Carey.
Outside of work, Carey likes to play golf and work in his yard. But, the real fun comes when the grandkids show up!
