PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
With the ability to fluently speak English and Spanish, Patricia Wells is a wonderful addition to the Winter Park office. She is a loan officer with experience as a processor and underwriter. Having a strong working knowledge of these roles helps her get loans closed quickly and efficiently as a loan officer. Patricia attended university in the United States earning degrees in both Business Administration and Marketing.
Patricia’s work experience at big banks has shown her the importance of working at a company like Mortgage Equity Partners where loan officers have a voice and can make an impact on the loan process.
Patricia was compelled to join MEP as a loan officer after having worked with us as a customer. Her experience was so seamless and professional that she decided to join the team.
She is deeply rooted in the Orlando community with strong ties to the Latin American population. She is comfortable working with all kinds of people from all income levels and social groups. Sharing her knowledge and helping people achieve the American Dream of home ownership is what motivates her to do her best every day.
When Patricia is not working, she is spending time with her family and friends enjoying all that the Greater Orlando Area has to offer.
