PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Tom Gibson is an experienced loan officer with more than 30 years of origination experience. He can advise borrowers on all types of loans including fixed rate conventional loans, adjustable-rate mortgages, FHA, USDA, and VA loans. He is a Certified Military Housing Expert having completed the USA Cares Military Housing Education program.
“I tailor each mortgage to fit each client and will work closely with that client throughout the entire loan process. I attend most of my closings to be sure everything goes as planned,” he said.
Tom has been married to Elaine for forty years and has three sons. He is an avid sports fan and officiates high school football and baseball. He is a board member of the New England Parkinson’s Association, The New Hampshire Gold Star Mother’s Association, and The Last Rest Cemetery. Tom is also the organizer and treasurer of the Timothy Mark Gibson Memorial Softball Tournament.
