I\u2019ve been licensed since 2004, and over the years I\u2019ve seen just about every market cycle, underwriting shift, and \u201ccreative\u201d loan scenario imaginable. That experience allows me to guide clients with clarity and calm \u2014 especially when the process feels overwhelming or uncertain.<\/span><\/p>\n

I specialize in conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, and I\u2019m particularly skilled at helping self-employed borrowers, buyers with complex financial situations, and homeowners looking to use their equity thoughtfully. I\u2019ve also worked as a forensic mortgage underwriter and REO asset manager, which gave me a rare, behind-the-scenes understanding of underwriting, risk, and how lenders truly evaluate loans. That perspective is something my clients benefit from every day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Originally from South Florida, I\u2019ve called Orlando home since 1991 and earned my master\u2019s degree from the University of Central Florida. I\u2019m also a mom to an incredible son who keeps me grounded, motivated, and very aware of how important stability, transparency, and long-term planning really are.<\/span><\/p>\n
