First Payment Information
For borrowers who closed within 30-60 days and are making your first mortgage payment.
Your loan number should be in this format: 123123MEP1234. If it is not or you do not have your mortgage payment information for your first payment please refer to your closing documents for instructions.

* Disclosure: I authorize Mortgage Equity Partners to electronically debit the personal bank account or the business bank account of which I am an authorized signor as identified above to the terms stated herein and if necessary to electronically credit the bank account to correct erroneous debits. This authorization shall be in effect for a one-time payment in the amount owed. I understand any additional amounts and/or changes to the amount, frequency, or bank account number will require a new ACH Debit Payment Authorization Form to be filled out and submitted to Mortgage Equity Partners. I understand that this one-time payment may be cancelled by Mortgage Equity Partners due to NSF (Non-sufficient Funds). I will be liable to pay an NSF fee of $25.00 (or the amount allowable by law), which may be automatically debited for each NSF. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to execute this payment authorization for the purpose of implementing this payment with Mortgage Equity Partners. I indemnify and hold Mortgage Equity Partners harmless from damage, loss or claim resulting from all authorized actions hereunder.
