I’ve been a trusted home loan advisor for twenty-six years and proudly serve clients with Hometown Mortgage Partners powered by Mortgage Equity Partners. I bring extensive experience in government, conventional, and new construction financing. Listening to my clients’ needs is at the heart of everything I do, allowing me to work efficiently, match borrowers with the best loan product possible, and build long-term relationships with both clients and real estate partners.
Why I do what I do:
When I purchased my first home years ago, I remember signing stacks of paperwork without truly understanding the process—only knowing I was buying a house. That experience stayed with me. When I entered the mortgage industry, I promised myself that every buyer I worked with would understand the process from start to finish. I’m committed to being available seven days a week, answering questions, and guiding clients every step of the way—whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned homeowner. I want my clients to feel confident, informed, and comfortable reaching out at any time. My goal is always a smooth, seamless transaction. Being part of the homeownership journey and seeing the excitement of my clients is incredibly rewarding to me.
I was born and raised in Warren County and am proud to still call it home. I have two children and two amazing stepchildren, and I’m a proud Mimi to six grandchildren. At home, I’m kept company by my labradoodle fur babies and loyal sidekicks, Ryver and Shelton, and Bernedoodle RIP. Family time means everything to me—whether we’re headed to a ball game, watching a movie, or simply spending time together. I also have a love for flowers and enjoy being outdoors tending to my flower beds and mowing the grass. One of my favorite creative outlets is crafting—especially during the holiday season—through my passion project, Southern Creations by Amy. In my free time, I also enjoy fishing and boating.
