Appraisal Payment Connecticut

Appraisal Payment Information and Payment Portal

An appraisal is required in order to make a lending decision on your loan and Mortgage Equity Partners will be collecting an appraisal fee of $600.00. It is estimated that this amount will be the cost of your appraisal. The cost of the appraisal is based on property type, loan type, geographical location, accessibility, and complexity of the Subject Property. If unforeseen circumstances apply or supplemental inspections are required, Mortgage Equity Partners reserves the right to collect any difference between the original amount of the appraisal and any additional costs. If there are additional costs, Mortgage Equity Partners will notify you of the amount upon discovery of said amount and prior to your loan closing. If however the actual cost of the appraisal is lower than the $600.00 then you will be refunded this amount at closing.

The appraisal fee is non-refundable and you will be provided a copy of this report upon completion. Please note an appraisal is not necessarily an accurate representation of the market value of the Subject Property and the Subject Property report is solely used to assist in our lending decision.

* Disclosure: I authorize Mortgage Equity Partners to electronically debit the personal bank account or the business bank account of which I am an authorized signor as identified above to the terms stated herein and if necessary to electronically credit the bank account to correct erroneous debits. This authorization shall be in effect for a one-time payment in the amount owed. I understand any additional amounts and/or changes to the amount, frequency, or bank account number will require a new ACH Debit Payment Authorization Form to be filled out and submitted to Mortgage Equity Partners. I understand that this one-time payment may be cancelled by Mortgage Equity Partners due to NSF (Non-sufficient Funds). I will be liable to pay an NSF fee of $25.00 (or the amount allowable by law), which may be automatically debited for each NSF. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to execute this payment authorization for the purpose of implementing this payment with Mortgage Equity Partners. I indemnify and hold Mortgage Equity Partners harmless from damage, loss or claim resulting from all authorized actions hereunder. For Credit Card Payments, you are authorizing Mortgage Equity Partners to charge your card for the services provided, specifically the cost for the appraisal services, and by providing your credit card information, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
