Brad Atwood has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. In 2018, he joined the Mortgage Equity Partners team as a Senior Loan Officer. He specializes in first-time homebuyer programs and has extensive experience with all conventional and jumbo loan products, FHA/VA/RD, and State Housing programs.
Brad is proud of his work ethic, honesty, integrity, and experience. He focuses on ensuring his clients fully understand the loan process and are comfortable with all aspects of the transaction.
A lifelong musician, Brad plays with the classic rock group Randy & Brad. Previously, he owned Plaza Music & Video for ten years. He is married and lives in Estero, FL.
