Craig Tanny has over two decades of mortgage origination experience. He is responsible for structuring the financial components of each individual real estate transaction. Craig assists clients with mortgage services and works with borrowers through the entire mortgage process. To help with documentation and to ensure clear communication throughout the mortgage process, Craig has a full-time assistant.

Craig’s career started with Great Western bank in 1992. Great Western merged with and acquired many financial institutions, and in the 1990s, became Washington Mutual Bank. During his tenure at Washington Mutual, Craig was one of the top loan originators in the country; from 2001 to 2007, he was the top loan originator in New England.

Craig has personally originated more than $1.25 billion in residential mortgages and managed over 4000 transactions. Craig’s particular area of expertise is with super jumbo mortgages (loans over $1 million) and other highly complex financial transactions. Craig is well-known and highly regarded in his field.
