I’m Josh Sager, a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer with Hometown Mortgage Partners powered by Mortgage Equity Partners, currently serving clients from Front Royal and Winchester, VA. I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2015, bringing with me a background in insurance and customer service. I made the transition into mortgage lending with one goal in mind—to build a career that allowed me to better serve others while spending more quality time with my family.
I grew up in Front Royal and now live in Stephens City with my wife and our three sons and daughter. Family is at the center of everything I do, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me coaching my sons’ little league baseball team or spending time with family and friends.
I’m passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals—whether that’s purchasing a home, refinancing an existing loan, or creating a clear plan to improve credit in preparation for buying a dream home.
