His focus is always on the customer experience, which includes all parties involved in the transaction, such as the realtors, inspector, appraiser, and title agents. When Mike isn’t leading, coaching or mentoring mortgage folks, he is enjoying life in Central Florida. He loves all sports and is an avid poker player. He also likes hanging out with his friends and eating good food.
