Michael Manieri, Regional Sales Manager, SouthEast
Mike Manieri joins Mortgage Equity Partners as the Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2000 as an originator, sales leader, and entrepreneur. His mantra of “Communicate, Educate and Deliver” has been his driving force dictating the way he works with his customers and employees. Mike continually encourages his team to, “absolutely over-communicate with your clients, educate them on the programs and process and execute every loan on time whenever possible.”
Throughout his career, Mike Manieri has been a sales leader with a track record of explosive growth at the companies for which he has worked — often increasing the volume and sales staff by more than five times their original size. In the mortgage Industry that cannot happen unless you are a strong leader with off the charts customer service skills and a forward-thinking mindset.
His focus is always on the customer experience, which includes all parties involved in the transaction, such as the realtors, inspector, appraiser, and title agents. He prides himself and his team on their ability to manage expectations upfront and communication throughout the process. This philosophy is why borrowers continue to seek his and his teams’ expertise time and time again when looking for financial guidance in the home loan process.

When Mike isn’t leading, coaching or mentoring mortgage folks, he is enjoying life in Central Florida. He loves all sports and is an avid poker player. He also likes hanging out with his friends and eating good food.
