One of our core values at Mortgage Equity Partners is the concept of serving others. Coming to work and achieving our professional goals is undoubtedly important for the success of the team, the success of the individual, and the success of our business overall. But, we also gauge our success based on our ability to improve the lives of others. We are rewarded by being able to serve many, many borrowers each year as we help them restructure their home loans and obtain new loans for purchases. We are fortunate to be in this industry.
However, our success also includes supporting causes we believe in, being an active contributor to the community, and taking on bigger challenges than the professional ones we face each day. We have decided to dedicate a portion of our profits each year to some of the charities we feel are making a difference in helping fellow members of the human race. If we can be successful, we can help them be successful too. The leadership at these organizations inspires us to “do it better” and reminds us that we are better collectively than we are individually. We are humbled by the thankless job of the charities listed below and the business challenges they take on every day that pale in comparison to ours.

The Children’s Room
Mortgage Equity Partners is a proud supporter of The Children’s Room. The Children’s Room has been providing caring support for grieving children, teens, and their families since 1993. Started by a passionate group of caregivers in a single room at Hospice West in Waltham, MA., The Children’s Room now has a permanent center in Arlington, MA, and serves almost 1,500 people annually.
