Lacia Waddell joins Mortgage Equity Partners as a loan officer in our Winter Park Branch. For more than 14 years Lacia has been managing the loan process for borrowers either as a processor or a loan officer. Her focus has always been on creating the most complete loan package possible. The more complete the loan file the easier it is to expedite the loan closing. Lacia has worked at several lending institutions in the Orlando area and has the knowledge of what makes a loan work.
Lacia really enjoys working in the field because she enjoys seeing her borrowers so excited when they purchase a new home. She is thrilled to be able to offer the Fast Track program at MEP to get her loans closed even faster.
In her free time, Lacia enjoys watching her son play soccer and baseball. She also loves reading and watching professional sports.
