Michael Grant joins Mortgage Equity Partners as a Mortgage Loan Originator with more than 18 years in the business. He has worked at several mortgage lenders in the Orlando area and is happy to have found a lender that is truly customer-centric. He knows the business and what is required to guide a loan file through the process but he believes in the end if the customer is not satisfied he hasn’t completely done his job. He tries to keep his customers informed all throughout the transaction and finds that this makes the experience better for everyone.
“I enjoy taking the time to answer questions and try to make the experience a pleasant one. It is especially satisfying to work with my customers on subsequent transactions such as refinancing or a second home purchase or to have their friends and family contact me,” stated Michael.

In his free time, he enjoys reading and fishing. He also enjoys visiting historic landmarks as well as State and National parks.
