PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
John Habeeb has been in the mortgage industry for 38 years. He has owned a mortgage company that operated successfully throughout the US. He has experience in all aspects of loan production, operations, management, and secondary market sales. With this background, John has a unique perspective when managing the loan process for his borrowers. He can anticipate any challenges that may arise to be sure that his loans close on time with no last-minute surprises.
John wants every borrower to be a customer for life and most of his business is referral based. He loves helping people buy property. He specializes in first-time homebuyers, Jumbo Loans, Conforming Loans, Construction and Renovation Loans and loans for real estate investors.
John is an avid sports fan and has attend a Patriots Superbowl, a Red Sox World Series and a Celtics Championship game. When he is not working or watching sports, he loves spending time with his family, playing golf, traveling, and reading.
